Landscape Photography

“To the complaint, 'There are no people in these photographs,' I respond, There are always two people: the photographer and the viewer.”

Thoughts

In college I started with a Basic SLR camera, several rolls of 35mm film, and no clue what I was doing. I took to a few local parks and cemetaries (No one bothers you there) and started to learn how to use my camera.

I quickly found I had a love for photography and the worlds it could take me to. Landscape Photography quickly became a favorite as I was able to sit in these "other worlds" for hours and not be bothered by my subject. I have a love for contrasts between pale lights and harsh shadows, and locations that make you feel differently each time you view the image. I hope you enjoy them as greatly as I enjoyed photographing each spot.
